Tackling unfair property charges facing leaseholders and freeholders in our Constituency

Thousands of families across our constituency are paying unfair and opaque property management charges in new-build developments in Shinfield, Spencers' Wood, Woodley and beyond. This issue comes up when I speak to residents on the doorstep almost every week, and so I've made it one of my priority campaigns over the course of this Parliament.

Many people have seen significant rises in their fees with little or no explanation, only to receive poor service in return.
